Kaiser Permanente: Newsletters
Challenge:
Design and produce individual monthly newsletters for nine different Kaiser Permanente facilities in Northern California, all with a uniform Kaiser Permanente "look," to bring employees corporate regional news as well as local news emanating from their own workplace.
Solution:
We created a lively, flexible, four-color format that supports the Kaiser Permanente brand yet reflects the personality of each of the facilities. We work with each facility to develop its local news pages and with regional staff to create the four inside pages that go to all facilities, carrying corporate news that wasn't previously available to employees. The newsletter has been honored with a Compass Award from the Northern California Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and is expanding to more Kaiser Permanente facilities throughout Northern California.

gCelebrate with Hearth Fundraising Gala
Challenge:
Design and coordinate promotional materials for the gCelebrate with Hearth fundraising gala, incorporating elements of a commissioned painting that would be auctioned off at the event.

The design was versatile enough to be incorporated into bus shelter posters, banners, a magazine ad, event signage, invitations, and the program and auction booklet for gCelebrate with Heart.h We coordinated the production of all these projects, sending art to vendors who had donated their services and finding other vendors, as needed.
